Becoming a new patient at our dental office should be an easy process, and here at Mission Dental, we want to make sure that is the case. To make your new patient visit as smooth as possible, we encourage you to read the following information below as it includes expectations for your first visit, essential forms to fill out (both for children and adults), and financing options to consider for your care. We are currently accepting new dental patients in Orange County, CA including Yorba Linda, Brea, Anaheim and surrounding areas.

What You Can Expect on Your First Dental Visit
Prior to your first visit, please visit the section below and complete the online new patient forms. This will allow us to make the most of your time in the dental office. When you first arrive, one of our team members will walk you through the dental office to the operatory where you’ll be seen by one of our dedicated hygienists and Dr. Jesmine Boghawala. During this visit, you’ll be able to discuss your dental goals with him directly and receive recommendations for potential treatments moving forward if needed. We’ll also make sure that you’re scheduled for a follow-up visit and confirm your financing options for care.
Patient Forms
Filling out paperwork with our dental office is about far more than simply getting down your name and contact information. It’s an opportunity for us to get to know your oral health needs sooner rather than later as well as personalize your care to the absolute fullest. Below, you can fill out forms either as a new or existing patient, whether it’s for you or your son or daughter. To expedite your initial check-in, please complete them and arrive at our dental office 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment time.
Financial Options
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also work with all PPO providers and are happy to help you navigate your plan. No insurance? It's no problem, we offer third-party payment options through CareCredit, a company that makes it easy to cover dental expenses in small chunks over time.
In-House Membership Plan
We know not everyone has insurance and we don't want that to be a barrier to great dental care so we offer an in-house membership plan. With this plan, you can receive quality preventative dental care for a flat fee and a discount on other dental treatments and services.
